Solar Energy Production for Rural Communities

Isolated, rural communities in Nigeria often do not have access to electricity. This power system must not only be designed but also must be championed by the community itself. The collaborative effort between Penn State and the University of Ibadan worked to establish close ties with such communities while designing a system to provide such electricity to the communities.
